Born in Saint-Tropez, Gigi Rigolatto brought its Italian Riviera summer to J1 Beach at Jumeirah 1 — an olive grove laid for lunch, a pool that runs down to the private beach, and a dining room built around a great arch. The day stretches from the noon espresso to a late negroni, and every table sees it differently, so choose yours before you book.
